Now I like the sound of that.wesleytj wrote: or blitz and foul,
Hell yes. I joined an established all-draft league in Gainesville, Florida in the early 90's using the 2nd edition rules (3rd had just come out) and they had the TURN ORDER WRONG! They played: Attacker move, defender move, attacker attack, defender attack rather than one player taking his entire turn at once. I played my first game and told them it was not the way the game was played but they had played so many seasons that way that it was impossible to change at that point; so I just quit. 7-8 hardcore BB players didn't even know the correct rules!Zombie wrote:Well, i've seen leagues we plenty of dumb stuff myself. Some people just can't read it seems.
Large hammer ... to the forehead ... idiots like this deserve the lobotomy that this will deliver.Talafar wrote:One of the staff members at my local GW refuses to show me his Chaos Dwarf team roster in game, so I have to "guess" who has guard before I make my blocks, and cannot pick on his dirty players and ball carrier.
Sure Wes ... if you don't use the Pre-Match Prep or Grab Bag decks use these rules:wesleytj wrote:that is pretty neat galak, any way you could translate that a little to just encompass the standard mi, re, dt decks. we don't play with those extra decks (and don't really want to) but this seems like a way to bring them back about as much as I'd like to.
