After seeing me looking longingly at the witch on a pumpkin with cat, at the Swindon Elfball tournament (Donated as a prize by Impact!), she decided to buy me one on the QT as a surprise.
She noted the 'please wait 4 to 5 weeks' and so said nothing to me until she receiced an email from Tom. This email told her that a number of orders shipped at the same time as my present had gotten lost in the post so a replacement was being sent. That replacement arrived today.
How amazing is that for customer service! I didn't even know I had a miniatured ordered from them and they send out a replacement for one that is lost in the post, without my wife lifting a finger to chase the item.
