Hi Grum, sorry you don't like this year's rulespack. I tried to make improvements based on people's feedback (increased cost of St and Ag, reduced cost mutations, tweaked points for winning etc) ...but I guess inevitably you can't please everyone. Nevertheless I hope the skills structure will encourage unusual configurations while still offering people the flexibilty to create a team they enjoy using.Grumbledook wrote:I disagree but there we go
still going to be +ST +AG wardancers on a team
In fact it looks to be exactly the same as last year.
I went last year and played two such teams. I was(am) considering going again but I was under the impression this was going to be changed.PeteW wrote:Also, is this constructive criticism Grum, or are you just trolling? Are you even going to the tournament?!
Maybe that's what Jimany meant?Joemanji wrote:huh?Jimjimjimany wrote:That being said if I did take woodies (I’m not)
To win consistently with woodies though you need to be able to elf stall, and for that you need to know what you're doing.Jimjimjimany wrote:I've used bash teams the last couple of tournaments I’ve been to and really enjoyed them.
Someone else can use woodies. It doesn’t take much experience to turn the key in the back of a wardancer and shout go.
I wonder what Joe will be taking? I bet he suprises us by really pushing the boat out choosing an interesting race.Joemanji wrote:"Fancy having a bash"? I thought we were powergaming to the max, not experimenting?
