One part is the team rating and handicap. If I want to drop a bit of my team rating (for obvious reasons), I can drop a player. Now I for example drop a "medicore" troll slayer of my dwarf team (to stick to that example). I could also trade the slayer against another player of less value (not a rookie, of course, but of lesser value). Then I would a) drop some TR;
b) get money with would otherwise be lost
c) generate a new slayer for my own team.
I could go on and drop that ally agian, now having the same result as above AND money!!
And with a free agent list as a feature the other team could grab back that "own" player and would thus have "bought" a player.


Or in return, my ally could have the desired skills without me putting much effort in it.
