I've been pm'd about this post by Lucy so he might have done some more B coaches.

I'm sending out emails to get this idea alive and kicking

Redfang,

I might have found some extra Belgian players, most of them French speaking but that could only add more multi-cultural flavor to this event.

Instead of "Toernooi van de Lage Landen" it could be called the "Lowland Cup" or something...

I'll keep you posted on my attemps in getting a Belgian crew up-and-running to beat the living daylight out of you dutchmen :D :D

It would be nice...never played against non-friends...
BUT, the time has to be found...I mean an appropriate day; being busy with my exams now and probably going on vacation (Iceland) until the 20th of July or so...
I'll follow the topic closely

But in october there is the Spiky. Anyway, just see who would like to come. If no one had planned to go to the Spiky, go ahead. :D

Maybe the french team will be interested in beating the belgian one time!  (sorry i had to do it)

:D Nice contra, my dutch friends :D
Only one thing you hav to understand: those are not holes, but sand castles! Somehow you gotta keep the orcish mobs on these beaches from evading your carefully chosen territory. It's the first thing a German kid learns when going to the beach, so you can't really blame us for doing it :)

I'm a convert though ... much too much work involved ... beaches are for relaxing!

Take on topic:
Maybe we should think about something like a country team tournament of France, England, Holland, Belgium, France and Germany (maybe others?) one day. It would be fun ... the only problem i see is getting comparable team sizes.

Great idea! But gathering people from every country seems difficult...Maybe we should use the big tournys to organize that? It's the occasion where coachs come from abroad and who can resist an extra game at night?
Let's make a newpost for that and organize a poll. :)

Hi, I was contacted by Lucy (thank you) and I have to say I love the idea!

Tournament play is so much fun, that a part I appreciated a lot while Magic...

Tough it is gonna be hard to organize!
I'll spread the idea among the coaches I know to see if they are interested...

But if we want a lot of people, better start fixing a date asap...
With the group we wanted to play with good friends from another city, we had to schedule 2 months ahead just to gather 8 people!
