No that's normal. Two years ago ebay has interlinked all regional sites and all accounts, so you have one account (regardless of origin) and its valid for all the world, incl. feedback list etc. Maintenance has been scheduled globaly for the same time, too. Problem is, they orientated themselves by US time - for most US customers maintenance is deep in the night, unfortunately for Europeans this means sometime at noon.

What i found wierd is that i came to see the links twice, on different days, and i got the same message.
