Boneless normally gets you set-up, as he's the local NAF rep. He might need an email address. Best to pm to confirm.

The rules on the first page here say that stacking is allowed but Tourplay is saying my roster is invalid as I've stacked skills. The skill package allowed is 8 Primary with 0 stacking? Is Stacking allowed or not?

It is allowed, the settings just needed to be adjusted (it's new and we're learning!)
