So with things in the world changing since it largely came to a halt I was wondering how were we all doing in getting back to normal in the world of BB tournaments. Feel free to comments on leagues too, that did not neatly lend itself to asking questions, but it is just as interesting a topic.
For me I have been to one tournament so far, (my own at the LGS) and will be off to Chaos Cup this weekend with some more events penned in for the rest of the year. However my local game store has delayed running the BB league, which is normally run once a year to coincide with football season, because of rising cases in the area, in a part of the country more resistant to being vaccinated. So for me a mixed bag.
A question on have you gone back to BB tournaments yet?

Most are vaccinated in my area and we are back to TT leagues and tourneys. Precautions still being taken by some (me) 'cos I'm not an idiot (most of the time)

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

Four so far, but none in my usual gaming store oddly enough! I just signed up to almost everything I could make as soon as the restrictions eased. Having been double jabbed for ages and getting tested at least weekly for work I was pretty comfortable, especially as I can easily switch to work-from-home for a week if the worst did come to the worst.
I did get contacted by Test and Trace as a direct result of one tournament, but all my tests came back negative all the way through.

Been to multiple and ran two. As long as TOs enforce any rules and people going understand the risk, it is what it is.

Our TT League has started up. I selected "near future" as I will go to a couple of events next year. Still have my NAF Champs 2020 ticket!
