Hey all, dusted off my Coffee Cup plans and wanted to let those attending know of a venue change. The 3rd Coffee Cup will take place in a slightly more Swindon-central venue, with space for a few more coaches. 1st Stratton St Margaret's Scout Hall (2 Taylor Crescent, Swindon, SN3 4UY) has plenty of free parking and, as you can see in the pictures, plenty of room for Blood Bowl coaches, too. This includes tables outside, weather (and time of night!) permitting.

Time, date and format remain exactly the same, there will be no additional cost this year. Rulespack can be found in the first post of this thread (note that the original rulespack still has the original venue details on it - don't turn up at Canteloup Dave's house pestering him on the day!).

Additional spaces have been added to the first post in this thread. Instructions on how to book are in the rulespack. Any questions, please ask.

With a field like that, I could offer the use of my large tent (8-berth) with plenty of room to set up a game inside, as well as sleeping areas for people without the fortitude to survive the 24 hours (assuming there are no objections from the site for tents?

Howdy all, have sent those on the attending list some information about the venue and plans, ahead of next month.

If anyone speaks to ceetee or scs.sam, can you let them know they commented asking for a spot, but I don't think I've received payment yet. There are two spaces left (fortuitous!) since we expanded numbers due to a larger venue, so let me know. It's still first come (read: paid), first served. Payment details are in the rulespack on the first post.

Rosters need to be submitted by August 16th please, to save time on the day. A small addition to the ruleset is that Star Players (only available to Tier 4 teams) are limited to one per team. If you haven't looked at it in a while, download the rulespack from the main event thread. Please let me know of any dietary requirements by August 16th, too.

Really looking forward to this one, great way to catch up on some of the missed Blood Bowl from the past year and a bit!
