Emailed the de vere some days ago and their answear was they cant book anything until may this year.
Their system have 12 month cap

YMMV if you ring. I (and a bunch of others I know) called at the start of the week and upon confirming the booking was for NAF gaming were booked in at the discounted rate.

If you had accommodation booked for this year’s event, your booking should be transferred over to next year automatically. However, it is definitely worth double checking with the hotel that this has happened, as not all of them have been yet.

Having not heard anything about moving the hotel booking I dropped them a polite email and within an hour I had confirmation of the new reservation date.

Whats the deal with refunds if I'm away?

Yes still space! And we will continue to offer refunds up until a few months before the event as usual

Also - regarding booking a room at the Hotel for the event; you can still get the discounted rate with the venue by calling and quoting "NAF Gaming". And if you had previously booked a room using the "NAF Gaming" code your reservation will have been moved to the new dates, but you can call them to confirm. The venue are in a bit of flux at the minute with all the events they have had to move around, furloughed staff etc. so be patient with them!
