2023 - where would you like it?
The bidding process is a long way off yet, the NAF will start that when they are ready.
In the mean time where in the world would you like to see the World Cup held?
Please note, this post is not affiliated with the NAF in anyway, my staff position is just a coincidence.

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.
Bribe level: good coffee.

Fun one!
I guess somewhere warm in Southern Europe? I have never been to France to play Blood Bowl, so that would be sweet. Personally I would also like to see a massive event in the United States, but I guess it is hard to argue against Central-Southern Europe as a location considering the massive turnouts we have had the last two times.

I would love to see a state side event, surely it's their turn
And a trip to Vegas to play Bloodbowl would be great.

Agreed, I was surprised that there wasn't a States bid last year. I think a good Vegas bid could be pretty strong and probably an easy sell to partners as part of a longer family trip to the states.lunchmoney wrote:I would love to see a state side event, surely it's their turnAnd a trip to Vegas to play Bloodbowl would be great.

Southampton, Bournemouth, Winchester or Basingstoke.
Then:
1) I might be able to make it.
2) I might be able to drag a few along from here to keep me company on the bottom tables.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Re: 2023 - where would you like it?
I had a plan for a Bournemouth bid. Never fully fleshed it out and looking at the stuff Lucca did (and hearing about the last one) there is no way I could pull off something like that.
It would be good if BlocknRoll and lemf revisit their bid.

+ 1 to that, not just from location, but as the other bid for 2019.lunchmoney wrote:It would be good if BlocknRoll and lemf revisit their bid.

Somewhere with lots of culture and nightlife! The best thing about the Lucca World Cup for me was the town itself, with the wide variety of bars and restaurants. That was sorely lacking in Dornbirn, and we struggled to find anywhere open past 9pm.

So extrapolating from the curve of existing information... if you go north you are in the Atlantic, south in the med. So it must be Frankfurt, Dublin or Sardinia next
