no, he's not , but his captain (Skaffen) already submitted the flight data for his squad...... and I hope for them that he made a typo in the day of arrival, otherwise they'll miss the tourney.

I would like in on the shared travel bus. My flights will be arriving at 15:55 in Zurich on Thursday the 3rd and departing from Zurich at 16:30 on the Monday the 7th

Hi all
I've already given the details to Torsten but no harm in adding them here too

We've got 6 people flying in from Dublin, landing at 14:25 on Oct 3rd and flying out at 12:50 on Oct 7th.

The return flight is a good bit earlier than most I've seen posted so far. But I'd be ok with just getting the bus to Dornbirn and we can make our own way back

So far I have gotten Feedback from about 80 people with different airport arrivals.

So far I can say the following:

ZURICH:
We can cover 2 shuttle busses FROM Zurich, maybe even 3 to cover also late arrivals. The first bus will leave around noon, if we do 2 busses, then the second bus will leave at 6pm. If we do 3 busses, the departure time will be 4pm and 7 pm. Cost will be 20-25€ per person.

Next will be the evaluation of the travel TO Zurich.


MUNICH:
There are not enough people travelling from Munich to make a bus cost effective, but I am exploring special group tickets for train travel, which will be 16-18€ per person one way. I believe that is a very good price and can be fun on the train as well


MEMMINGEN:
We probably send private cars there since it will be 2x 3 people arriving there


FRIEDRICHSHAFEN:
only one group of people arrive there very late, so we will try to organize train travel for them as well, similar price as from Munich

Definatelly not the driver!!

I will set up a sign up / buy airport-shuttle-tickets webpage before the end of the month and have our media guy distribute the information about this once it is set up.

I still have to find out when the bus company want the money (before or after), so depending on this we either ask for pre-payment or have you pay at registration in cash (no credit cards or checks!!!!!)


Definatelly have your Tournament Coach-ID on hand when you buy the shuttle ticket. If you don't know it, ask your captain, he knows (if he claims otherwise you may hit him on the head to refresh his memory)

UPDATE on Zurich Shuttles:

We will offer the following shuttles from ZRH to Dornbirn

October 3:
12:00 noon (large coach)
17:00 (5pm) (large coach)
19:00 (7pm) (small bus)

October 7:
9:00 (large coach)
14:00 (2pm) (large coach)

Travel time will be about 2 hours. Cost will be 25 EUR per direction at the most. This cost will most likely be lower and we will announce the final price shortly before the event, but it won't be more than 25 EUR (50 EUR round trip). We might drop you off at your hotel (or close to it) or at the venue. Keep in mind there is the players party on Thursday evening.

In the coming days we will set up the webpage for "ticket-booking". We will ask you for the following (so be prepared, please)
- Coach ID and NAF-Nick
- which shuttle (ZRH->DO and DO->ZRH)
- how many people will travel on your ticket
- flight number (if applicable)
- Hotel you are staying at
