Yes it is and yes you can (cars are parked at owners risk and are locked in overnight)

I’m off to Warhammer World on Sunday (for the New Years Blitz Blood Bowl event). Let me know if anyone has anything for my shopping list, can bring it along next weekend and save you postage.
