Willow Rosebark?

Does anyone happen to know when/where the first mention of Willow originally came about? Has she always been a Dryad?

I thought she was a new star added in lrb5?

Unless there was some reference in an earlier edition I missed.

Created for CRP. Pulled Dryad character from old only rules for Dryad team for 3rd edition and combined to create a star player.
