The changing weather result is very game breaking. If you don’t get the 4+ Your put massively out of position and to the speed teams you will conceded in two turns.

we have tested it and its actually great fun. its not like throw a rock which is one team only its all players on the pitch so both teams lose out.

I'd agree with this though,

May be worth changing to a 2+, or a 3+ at worst. Especially if half your team walks in to the crowd.
