- The tournament is part of the 2017/18 South East Tournament Series
Tournament capacity is expected to be capped at 24 players
The tournament will be a one day, four game tournament. The first game will be randomly drawn, subsequent matchups will follow a Swiss system based on tournament score
Starting team value will be 1.1 Million Gold Coins (TV1100)
The format will be a resurrection tournament (no long term injuries) and with no progression (no star player points earned)
Instead coaches may assign 3 normal skills before game 1 and a further 2 normal skills and one double skill before Game 3. No player may be assigned more than one
skill.
NAF Sanctioned
Rules will follow the Blood Bowl 2016 Official Rules (as clarified by the most recent FAQ) with the following modifications:
- o A Team Reroll is not required to use the Piling On skill
o All inducements are allowed except for the following:
§ No special play cards
§ No 80k Wizard (Horatio X, Master Mage from Death Zone Season 2)
§ No 150k (CRP) Wizard
o All star players from Death Zones seasons 1 and 2, and the NAF sanctioned CRP list are allowed as inducements
o We are BriBBe! Brighton Blood Bowl League (BriBBe) will donate a single bribe token to each team. You can use this token once over the course of the tournament. Using it will grant your team a single bribe inducement for the game in which you use it. Once used, you must hand in the token in with your results slip (cheating is still tightly regulated!..)
o All 23 Teams from Blood Bowl 2016, Deathzone Season 1 and the Teams of Legend PDF are valid. In addition, the NAF Sanctioned Slann, Khorne and Bretonnian Teams can also be used
o Special Play cards will not be used, either as an inducement or drawn as part of the pre-game sequence.
o Coaches may “Argue the Call” only if they have an appropriate, painted, head coach miniature
o Halfling Treeman gain the “Timmmber” skill
o Any optional rules that have appeared in White Dwarf (e.g. Referee’s, White Dwarf and Black Gobbo etc. cannot be used).
o Stadiums, Rostered Star Players and Team Sponsorship from Death Zone Season II will not be used.
