Bubba can be used with any race. He is pretending to be Human for this tournament so if there were any new players coming along they would be able to more easily participate in the fun.

you can spend up to 200k on a player with a negatrait (Bone Head, Really Stupid, Wild Animal, Take Root, Blood Lust or Secret Weapon – Stunty/Titchy, Animosity and Decay will not be considered negatraits
