Guess there are options, though I'd be looking to primarily fund it as a tournament giveaway. I would budget for selling spares to individuals who don't attend the tournament - there is evidence that people would be interested. That might persuade me to take a risk on it. It does all depend on how many teams register.

I am expecting a fair few more in the coming weeks (lots of talk in various quarters) so we shall see!

Btw I might have overstated it when I said I needed triple the number of registered teams. Probably closer to double.
