I can accept orders until I reach the 200 minimum order quantity - 65 sold so far...

UK medals estimate all 200 would weigh under 10kg, so I make that 50grams each.

Adding an envelope and padding will probably double that.

In the UK postage of 1 small parcel 2nd class is £2.80 or £3.90 with delivery confirmation.

I'll do a full table of delivery costs for those who need them, but first, hoe many of you can collect / can network a person at thrudball or the NAF World Cup to collect on your behalf? If you can, say " collect @" thrud or NAFWC and who is collecting.

Additionally I should be going to Albion Coast (and of course Exiles Open), so if anyone is going there, but not Thrud, and wants me to collect on their behalf, just let me know. And let Frank know when you pay up, so he can note that I am collecting.

Al, sadly I cannot take this money as a Gift, because it's NOT raising funds for charity, unlike all the other Thrudball stuff.
If I did, there's a danger paypal might question all the other transactions I do for thrudball, and then they might get awkward again...

Because I wanted to do this MYSELF, Thrudball isn't funding this - I've paid Tooling already myself, sales to you guys are at cost price, as you can see per the open book costing. I'm making ZERO profit on these, in fact unless the other 135 sell I'm out of pocket £800. But then that's my decision / risk, and challenge to sell the remainder ...

HOWEVER, saying that, if you're rich enough to also throw in a DONATION to Thrudball with your payment, THEN you can justifiably pay as a gift and write "Charity Donation for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation". I'm not saying that is required or requested, just that it would then qualify as a charity donation, rather than a payment.

If Payments are made to my paypal account as a gift with these comments, Paypal sometimes / mostly waive the fee even if the payer forgets to pay as a gift... but it varies from transaction to transaction, and how many transactions come in over a time period - they are not all simple automatic transactions... and they have questioned my authority to raise funds for the charities, which is why we always request a Letter of Authority from Roy Castle ...

I doubt the ARBBL payments have topped £3000 per annum, mate... and paypal already HAVE looked at my account, often...

Being serious though, unless you PayPal a donation with your payment, I will have to fund the fee PayPal charge, so please lets keep this all above board.

I'm hoping to approach them next year about a charity account, based on 10 years of hard work obeying their rules on this.
