Willy Treemen - Size
I'm a fan of the three or four treeman that Willy offers, but am curious about their size.
Here's an amazing halfling team, with what looks to be a Willy treeman in the far background. It may be a depth perception trick, but he looks a bit smaller than I expected.

So, is that photo correct? Are these treemen about the size of GW Ripper? Smaller? Larger?
Thanks!

Fantastic! Thanks!
Those are the larger Willy halflings, correct? Aren't they about the size of GW dwarves or am I remembering incorrectly? Any chance you've to a photo of them next to a GW 'big guy' (I'm familiar with them)?
Thanks again!

I don't think either versions of the Willy 'flings are larger than the others, but they're roughly GW 3ed dwarf sized, yes.BullBear wrote:Fantastic! Thanks!

Have a look here on my blogg. You'll find some pictures with the trees next to other miniatures.
I can take some more pictures tomorrow.

Re: Willy Treemen - Size
I only have the Star Player tree (the short squat one), but I can tell you its right shoulder (not including the spike) is basically on par with Ripper's right shoulder. Using Pedda's picture of them side-by-side, this would mean that the standard treemen are a decent amount taller than e.g. Rippper/Grashnak/Headsplitter.
Again, I only have one of their Puggys as far as Halflings go, but I think he's about the same size as the others, and he's taller than a GW Longbeard by about a centimetre.
If Pedda can take photos, that'll definitely give you a better answer, but I hope that helps somewhat.

Thanks, all, for taking the time to provide photos. These trees look big enough and I love their look.

Ha! that's my team!
I think the trees are just dandy. The flings are GW dwarf sized. So they don't quite look ST2 AV6 to me, but they're full of character.. really loved painting them up... Now if I could just play them ok -_-
By the way, in that picture he is WAY in the back along with Puggy-who is the biggest halfling on the willy team, Coach -who is a victorian Scrunt a pretty large dwarf figure and the Wizard, who is Rincewind from the Discworld range of minis and he stands almost 40mm tall actually.
