All teams have a team value of 1,100,000 GS and inducements aren’t allowed (except for stunty teams. Exceptions listed below).

All Stuntyteams may hire a star player.
The Stuntyteams include:

Skill award
Before the tournament three normal skills will be awarded to three different players.
Another three skills are given to three different players before round 4. One of these may be a double skill.
No player may receive more than one extra skill.
These six skills must be recorded on the team sheet and sent in before the tournament.
Special kick-off event
To be announced.
Others
Illegal Procedure is not applied unless both coaches agree before the match.
The four minute rule is not enforced, but if the game is not proceeding according to the time schedule, the referee may issue a timer 30 min before the game should end.
All injuries and death are healed automatically after each game. There is no star player points, no income and no change to the fan factor. The team roster is unchanged for the entire tournament.
”Cocked dice” - Decide with your opponent before the game how you want to handle it.
Example: Each die that is not lying flat on the board or table is rolled again or when a die is cocked, all dice are thrown again.
Special points
An extra point is awarded for a painted team, as well as one for wearing a spiked helmet when playing.
The right outfit can be viewed here.
Kick Off Table
As normal, except on a 12, where the Reichsmarschall is placed on the field for a turn.
Both players roll a D3 + FAME. The winner places the Reichsmarschall somewhere on his/her own half of the field and acts as one of the coaches normal players, ie the Reichsmarschall can take an action as a normal player. After the coaches turn, the Reichsmarschall disappears.
In case of a tie, there's a normal pitch invasion.
The Reichsmarschall has the following values
Reichsmarschall 4 4 2 8 Loner, Thick Skull, Wrestle, No Hands
I just wanted to add, that I'm not the organiser of this event, but I will be helping out and handle translations.
