New Eggland Pastry Chefs
I really dislike the NFL New England Patriots, or I would consider using this one myself.

Fighting Sous Chefs
The North Dakota state team was forced to change their name from "the fighting Sioux" as it was considered offensive. Sioux (the native people group) is pronounced the same as Sous.

Buckland Bengals
I'm a fan of the Cincinnati Bengals (and Lord of the Rings). I wanted to paint the Willy ultimate fling team up in Bengals inspired uniforms. This was the name that seemed to work the best.
