Birthday Bowl, 2nd May 2015 - And full again!

Hi all,

my birthday tends to happily fall around the early May Bank holiday, so I'm going to have a gathering at my house to play some Blood Bowl. It's in Swindon, 61 Colingsmead, SN3 3TQ. Holiday Inn just along the road, plus possibly some floor space.

4 NAF sanctioned games, 1100 TV, 5 normals and one double (or 6 normals), no stacking, and as a birthday bonus in each round each team will be given a random mutation to give to one of their players for the duration of the tournament. This skill may be given to an already skilled player (and an already mutated one!). All inducements allowed, 11 players needed before buying stars.

Before each game, roll a d12. The following "birthday gift" is given to a player of your choice. Stacking is allowed, star players may also mutate!

£5 including food and beer! Limiting to 16 at the moment, might expand if the sun looks likely to shine!

Timetable for the day, though pretty flexible. Food will be fitted around Game 2, either before during or after - it'll be pots of veggie and meatie chilli with rice and stuff, so pretty much help yourself.

12:00 - 14:00 Game 2
14:30 - 16:30 Game 3
17:00 - 19:00 Game 4

Scoring:
12 for major win (by more than 1td)
10 for minor win
5 for draw
2 for minor loss (by 1td)
0 for major loss

Tiebreaker:
Opponent score

Yeah, easy train from London or Bristol/South Wales, harder from South or North!

Curse you, and bless you at the same time Sann! Was about to shout downstairs to Scratchen to ask if we were busy that day, but instead I checked her Dairy Diary which holds all of my life's secrets and responsibilites.

Turns out this day is also her birthday so sadly I will have to decline! If in future years you decide to have a 2nd birthday (being BB Royalty) then please let me know.
