Not sure Iv recovered yet!Be4ch wrote:No need to apologise, easy mistake to make. Cheers again, I had a great day. Very tiring but that's because the games were all tough. My abiding memory will be of Hawk and myself slumped in our seats following our game, unable to move, totally drained.

Nice one Robin (Block), great day and really good little buffet.... Will be back next year for sure

Well done Robyn (Itchen), Probably the only time them models will be champions!

Altho I am now more inspired to use them myself.
Also well done to all the winners and my opponants.

Cheers for another fine (and delightfully local) tourney Robin
Got very lucky to win this one. Had a lot of dice when I needed them when Rubick and I were rushing to finish Match 3. By all rights that should have been a draw, or even a win to him, but when he knocked the ball free it fell into the most protected spot on the pitch. And he still got it lol but then failed the much simpler dodge away. I then did some bs of my own to score the winner in turn 16.
Match 4 vs Al was another fortunate one. Tried to grind out an 8 turn drive and hurt his team, but he stopped me mid pitch and even scored on my drive. 2nd half Al had a bad turn of dice which let me steal the ball away to score. And the next roll was a Blitz kickoff that effecitively sealed the tourney win. Shame!
Thanks also to Dreamscreator for rolling an impressive number of double skulls and to Cockerel for giving me a brutal, but victorious introduction to playing Skaven.
Oh and thanks to Hawk for picking an OP race for me
*edit* omg why is Roo ster autocorrected to Cockeral?! lol

Nobby, I had sillysod beating Be4ch 3-0 not losing one nil, so not only did he finish 8 places or so lower he also had 3 fewer tds than i thought

I can said that I hanged on all the first half to the winner of the tournament before the disastrous second half
