I always start with 3 Zombies. Eventually get one skeleton as kind of a crap back up to a Ghoul and DP if he skills.

I'm surprised a number of people only run with 2 Ghouls. I know they are AV7 and don't have regen, which makes them go squish very easily. However, I find with 4 Ghouls that it lets you create different players out of them, while still having some overlap of skills where needed. 4 x MV7 players makes for quite a bit of speed when you really need it. Plus having 6 possible ball handlers is nice too.
