I don't really understand your question, however. Painting miniatures is generally not very different no matter what they are; i.e. painting a Beastman or a Troll Slayer doesn't require different techniques or styles from, say, a Human lineman or a Flesh Golem or a Wardancer or whatever.

So if you're after some tips for painting miniatures as such you need to be more specific, and while this forum has a painting section with some pretty good artists, you might also want to check out forums dedicated to painting miniatures, youtube videos etc.

Or, if I totally misunderstood you, please elaborate.
