I asked when the NAFC TO elections where on if any candidate would change the criteria as a 12 player tourney held over 2 days did qualify but my 50 coach tourney didn't because it was 3 games not 4 or more....

All the candidates said they would look at the qualifying criteria.

Just to let you all know that I am having to cap numbers at 32 due to changes made to some of the tables at the venue. There are 25 paid up so far. I do have a spare man to make sure we always have even numbers on the day.

I'll keep the totals on the first post of this thread updated but it is worth dropping me a message before making your ticket purchase to confirm.

I've arranged for a local sandwich shop to deliver us your choice of sandwich, crisps and chocolate on the day and I will be posting a menu here shortly. If you could just send me a message or reply here with your choices it will help speed up the process. This is included in your ticket price.

There is a bar at the venue which will be open on the day, subject to their normal licensing restrictions.

Are there any thoughts for the evening? I'll be staying over and the wife has decided to stay home rather than visit friends, so I'll be around for some food and a couple of beers or so

There's nothing planned as part of the tournament and unfortunately I'm not going to be around (I've used a lot of brownie points up for this already!).

I will ask at the club on Wednesday and see if any of those playing will be around on the evening.

Just a reminder to get your rosters in to me this week please. It's my first time running a tournament so anything that can be done to prepare in advance will make life easier on the day. I've had a few already so thank you for those (I'll be looking at them tomorrow).
