Skills wise can you stack? Also in the last tier is it 8 skilks AND 1 double (9 skills) or 8 skill INCLUDING 1 double. What are the rules for each round as i cant find them.

In previous years there has been no stacking, so I would plan for that. Wee man will be able to confirm though. It is 8 skills + 1 double for 9 skills. Round event rules will be explained prior to the games.
