Had a great, great weekender, lovely breakfast in the morning with BrownSauce, got some nice mini's from the auction to go -stop- Lovely pies, great cider.. -stop- My best result I'll ever get, played at table 1 on day two! -stop- Thanx to Simon, Peter, Andy, Mike, Tom and Gerson for the matches!! -stop- Killed off a Snowtroll -stop- made a triple skull -stop- Rerolled that!! Thank you to Sam and Jimmy for Thrudlike!! Had some great laughs with Perudo and Bang!

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the end of "Battlesquig Galactica" the legendary goblin team was last seen heading off into the sunset (Rainset more like!!) with a couple of Amazon teams and a boat load of knocked off Vodka!!

Game 6 at Thrud was their 100 tournament match, a game they had to lose........and Ill tell you why.... Their record W26/D24/L50...it has a certain symmetry to it don't you think?? Lost 50........NOT lost 50

Did battle with every race with the exception of Chaos Pact, made me laugh, made me swear (lots & Often) made me fall in love with the game again and realise results are important but fun is more so, a 1000 times more so...

Memorable moments (In no order)

Drawing 3-3 with Sticks woodelves at vaultcon

Being pitch cleared by MattWhile ( he killed my troll T8 1st half, then same Troll slayer killed same Troll T1 2nd half!!)

Every game against gazza's Ogres (tho' Ogres are not real stunties)

Drawing 3-3 with Nazgob's Flings ( 2-0 down to 3-2 up in 3 turns, followed by 3-3 in four turns as he threw his own 1 turner....)


Ive had so many good matches, enjoyed nearly all of them ( 1 I didn't enjoy....you know who you are!!) been frustrated, been amazed, just been glad I was there....I hope all my opponents have felt the same....

so now ends for now..."Battlesquig Galactica" have left the building, maybe they will be back? who knows, there is a world cup next year after all......
