Was very impressed to see Chaos doing so well. Have always considered them to be a rubbish tournament team, so very well played :)

Lots of skills made them very playable for me this weekend. It also helped that I received no dicings as I did when playing your goblins with my chaos team at crumb earlier this year :P it was also nice to know that my team was deemed within the 6 best painted at thrud by whoever was doing the initial judging. It's good to know I got value for money from the pro painter I used :D

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Thanks to everyone for a great tournament!
It was superb.

My halflings were on fire :oD
LOL ... so close of finally taking that NAF shield the flings Always wanted.

Someone needed to break down the lizardmen... in the first draw of the 6th round I was happy to see him facing Peters Chaos Dwarves, and I dodged the Orcs to get Chaos (I have a chance against them).

BUT lol ... then the draw seemed to be wrong... and I had face the lizards myself (nooooo)

I wished I've could have given the lizards a better game... I hit 2 casualties in the first turn... got a 3th on in just a bit later.
BUT he hit a lot harder then me... and the flings, that almost seemed unbreakable (except against OON) went down on table 1 in the 6the game of the 2nd day.

I tried every trick in the book... lol, but the math teacher knew I had a larger chance of winning the lottery :oP .
He didn't even stall!! altough, that could have turned out wrong for him.

I saw a little sweat when I told him that I needed a riot... got it, and made the 1 turner.
I saw a little bit sweat when I said that I needed a good kick + blitz to have a chance at 2 - 2 ... AND GOT IT !!!
... well, the riot at least cause the fling that needed to make the miracle happen decided to go and play cards in the KO box, after scattering back (3 squares) and landing on a hard bit of grass that was poking out somewhere.

I knew lizardmen had a big dong
But ... I was almost sure I could take it ;)

BTW mister Mike Davies :o) , congratulations !!! you earned it. It was a great game :oD and you were a great opponent, I had a good laugh!

The most tense game though was against OON (Gerson) ... lol, where I had to do a hand off to a treeman... to stall for 1-1 (and still have na opportunity to score after his turn 8th, in my final turn, by doing a handoff and then pass with 2 treemen and the last hafling on the pitch) ... but in the end (last turn) his dancer got the treeman down on 2d against... and then with some good 2+'s (AG 5 dancer) he got the 1-2 TD in. That game was AMAZING!
Lol, and he finally got revenge, for the last time that I beat his wood elves to pulp with my flings :D

My extreme respect also goes out to all the other stunty players :oD
It was great to see 10 players fighting for the stunty cup for once!!! At least there was a real fight going on :D I loved it.

I finally won it... with a hair length diffrence (because of the tiebreaker rules) from a Goblin player (Robin Veal) who also coached the Goblins to a 4/0/2 result and got the 7th place overall. I already congratulated him before the ceremony... cause his TD diffrence and CAS diffrence was better then mine (yeah... my flings suck at tiebreakers). But apprently the tiebreaker rulles work a bit diffrent at the Thrudball (I didn't know that). You did a great job Robin :) ... I hope we meet someday on the pitch... so we can fight it out! Flingo a Gobo!

The tournament was great Frank :o) ... thanks for giving us something to do in the weekend! Thank you so much.

manny greetings... in Belgian! (lol one of the 3 languages)

I think I left a burgundy hoodie actually, and the toothbrush and paste are mine as well... Nightmare! I blame the cheap bar for affecting my memory

Did you use the "spit or swallow" dice when brushing your teeth? I assume that's what they were for...
