Anybody willing to paint for cash?

Post by Sneaky Rat »

I am sure this question has been asked before, but i think it was a long time ago so, Does anyone on this board paint minies for other people? I have couple of teams i really want to get painted, but i feel like i should finish some other teams first. Besides that, i am not such a great painter, so...anyways, does anyone do it? And if so, how much per mini? Thanks,

I've done this before and am, in fact, doing this right now for 2 other members of the board....

My interest would be dependant on what teams and to what standard you wanted them painted, level 2 (neat and tidy, nothing flash), level 3 (very good work, many levels of highlighting and detail etc) or level 4 (team converted and painted to level 3 standard)...

Your interest would be dependant on cost, which is variable...

Check other posts in this forum to see examples of my work and PM me if you're interested. I only know 4 other TalkBBers whose work I would personally pay for (AnthonyTBBF, Squiggoth, Ancalagon and Dain).. I'm sure there are some other good painters out there...

Well, i have a high elf team that needs everything, i just got them. The 2nd edition elves i bought from you like a year ago still need to be painted too. In addition, i have some mix and match skaven i would love to have painted to match my current teams colors. level 2 would probably be good enough, but how much more would level 3 be? I don't have anything needing conversions yet, so level 4 would be too much.

I'd forgotten I'd sold you those models! God, I sell them and then get them back to paint! Why didn't you just ask me to paint them first? ;-)

Well, I won't discuss prices online, so can we take this to PM?

Just so you are aware, my other commitments and my own teams mean that I would not be able to promise any returned teams until June. I don't want you thinking I can get a great team to you next week, it's just not possible right now!

I totally understand. I sent you a PM. If anyoen else paints for others, feel free to tell me here or PM me as well :)
