Click the link in Lunchmoney's post then open the "Board Game Competition Rules" link at the top. It'll open as a PDF in your browser, which you should be able to download (or simply right-click, save link as...).

I can't see it either.

I guess maybe you have to be a registered user and logged in? Which I'm certainly not. If you are you may need to dump the cache.

Assuming it is full Icepelt/LRB6 (I cant actually check it unti I get home), some questions arise:

Are Cyanide hosting that with permission from GW?
Who's idea was it to host a fluff filled book when even GW wouldnt do it?
Does this mean anything for BB2? ie is this is a confirmation that they are sticking to the rule book and all the other stuff, good or bad, is optional?
Why are fire buckets red?

No idea, but I suspect it's simply that they recognise not having a link the rulebook is a bad idea.
More importantly, why do they contain anything but fire?

Downloaded it to see from dode's link ... it is the Icepelt rulebook. So now we just need to convince the NAF to host it using Cyanide hosting it as the justification.

Do they even need to host it? Couldn't they simply use the link above? That way the entire "problem" remain's Cyanide's.
