Right evening meal on the Sat £12 (just need to confirm this ) a head for a 3 course meal, need about 10 people to make it worth while.

Pate or soup to start, Beef or chicken for main and sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce or apple crumble and custard for dessert

Venue paid for, food confirmed. Ploughmans for Saturday lunch, 3 course meal sat night and roast sunday night.
Tea and coffee in the morning, whole side of the pub roped off for our use.
Should know soon if we will have the VIP area in Yates in town for Saturday evening
