Here's a suggestion...

I'm happy to have my team decided on the day: I will take one of whatever teams have not been taken by anyone else i.e. if there are six unrepresented teams, roll a D6 and that's the team I'll take.

I'll co-ordinate to make sure that we have suitable minitures for all teams, I can't promise that the team will be painted but will at least have the right models with base rings to show positionals

So anyone else up for a mystery team?
