I'm going to disagree with you on that one.

As a completist I bought this back in 2005. Having acquired every boxed version of Blood Bowl.

I can't find the words to describe how poor this is and what a let down it was.

What were GW and the developers thinking of, certainly not the great game.

You got it ten years too late. Back in the 1995 this was fantastic. You could play against a friend using a serial cable! (or use your modem if you were fancy enough to have one of those...) The amount of times I lugged my old Pentium 90 and 17in CRT round to my mates' house to play this...

Loved that game. I don't remember any issues with it, outside of the inability to create your own teams and players. Granted, that's a pretty big restriction, but at least they had fairly interesting teams to use.

That game was pretty terrible. You couldn't create your own team, defence or offence. Everything was just presets and approximately 1 billion star players!

I vaguely remember playing this as a lad. I remember thinking that several of the Skaven star players were the scariest things I had ever seen in my life. Freaky, disturbing little critters.

it seems to be saying it is the Dark Elf edition...

from memory, this is a good source of fluff, but probably wouldn't get "Both Down" approved
