Here is something that I use to give me some interesting names. Just combine an option from column one with another from column two. Be sure to modify it if it doesn't fit your tastes:

Beastmen of...........................the Apocalypse
Breath of................................Lanshor
Vengeance of.........................Chaos
Order of.................................the Undergod
Derelicts of............................the Storm
Judges of...............................Doom
Stampede of..........................the Juggernaught
Crusaders of..........................Khorn
Berzerkers of.........................Nurgle
Legion of...............................Archaon
Lords of................................Destruction
Marauders of.........................Daemon
Puppets of............................Slaanesh
Despoilers of.........................Ragnarok
Khorne's...............................Carvers

You can come up with some interesting names using this:

Vengeance of the Juggernaught
Despoilers of Chaos
Judges of the Apocalypse
