I'm rechecking the venue to confirm a maximum number, 42 is definite, I'll check the table numbers, if it's possible I'll add you, ATM your on the reserve list...( reserve list added to page 1)

Yes, I can, hopefully I'll be able to check the venue today or tommorow and finalise numbers....it's not going to get much bigger however, if we can get more in we will!!

All, as I'm running a reserves list if your definite please pay and send your food choices, I don't want any last minute drop outs as the caterer needs all the food choices, it's being cooked to order and delivered fresh on the day so he's got to get the supplies in......

Also, if you have them remember to bring pitches!! IIRc the board type would be better so we can play cross table and get more in......I'm not going to overload the venue but am looking at options, don't want to disappoint.

@Giraffe. Most of Somerset /Wiltshire needs a "bigger boat" at the moment! Maybe next year I'll look at a slightly larger venue......
