Rules question, is there a limit to the number of times a skill can be taken?

Good news is I found the memory stick, bad news is it's been through the washer and drier but SSD drives are pretty robust so it survived the hit! Upshot - rules pack added to the front page.

Matt - additional skills can only be taken twice...sorry!
