1.25 mil rosters, can add up to 50k in skills per player, max 2 of any specific skill..

it's always something conflicting on a Vegas weekend. I might be able to move it to the next week, there was some other reason to avoid that one also. It's far enough out if out-of-towners are less impacted on the 22nd I may bump it.
