Format
TEAM SELECTION AND GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
1. Teams start with 1,100,000 gold.
2. All teams from the Competition Rules Pack are allowed to be used plus Chaos Pact, Slann and Underworld teams.
3. Players must provide a copy of the rules for their team if appropriate.
4. No Inducements are allowed except Halflings who may take a Halfling chef for 100k and Goblins who make take bribes for 50k.
5. Please refer to Skill Selection Section under Team Progression as your Team Starts the tournament with a skill package below.
6. Stunty teams may include one star player.
7. At the start of each game, each team will receive 2 x 50k Special Play Cards
TEAM PROGRESSION
1. Star Player Points (SPP’s) will not be used in the tournament. The team will remain the same for all five matches
2. Before the start of the tournament you should select one of the following skill sets:
a. 5x Normal skills, 2x double skills
b. 5x Normal skills, 1x double skills, 1x MV+1 or 1x AV+1
3. No players can receive more than 1 Upgrade
4. You make not pick the same skill upgrade more than twice
5. Instead of a doubles skill you may select a normal skill, you may not select “extraordinary” skills
6. Teams will revert to their original composition for the next game. All deaths/injuries are cured for the next game. No extra players may be bought/acquired for your team.
PLAYING THE GAME
1. Players will compete in five games over two days. The first games will be pre drawn. The remaining games will be based on the Swiss system in order to find a fitting winner.
2. Players from the same club should not get drawn against each other at this event. If this does happen, please advise a player judge who will attempt to organise a switch of opponents. This may not always be possible.
3. If you are drawn against an opponent that you have played before, please advise a player judge who will organise a switch of opponents.
4. Before each game check your opponent’s lists.
Additional Rules
Game 1: You are in Wales. Wales is known for its rain (and sheep…shsssssh) During Game 1 the weather will be fixed to pouring rain. (Kick of result – change of weather, will stay as pouring rain, but the ball will bounce an extra square.)
Game 3: Scrap Heap. Down the road there is a scrap yard with battered special weapons. One lineman/0-16 choice player (i.e. goblin team-goblin, undead team-zombie/skeleton) on you team has found one of these discarded weapons. For one drive only, your player may use the special weapon found. You player is not sent off at the end of the drive. See table below to see what you get:

Special Weapons will have the following rules:
1. Deathroller – As in Dwarf Roster
2. Bombardier – As rulebook states

5. Pogo-Stick – Player has the Leap skill
6. Punching Dagger – Player has the Stab Skill
All Special Weapons Rules/Skill are in addition to any Rules/Skills that the player already has. i.e. A Zombie will keep the regeneration skill, in addition to gaining leap from the Pogo-Stick.
Game 5: Chaos Wastes. The Chaos wastes are proud to host the last leg of the Carnage Cup. Unfortunately one random player has succumbed to a mutation for the game. See table below to see what affliction your player has:

TEAM LIST SUBMISSION
Team lists must be submitted prior to the event via email to the address mohammed_javaid786@hotmail.co.uk no later than midday Saturday 8th November 2014. Late lists will be penalised according to the schedule further below. Due to planning parameters reasons for late lists cannot be accepted. It is down to you to make sure you have sent your list to the correct address / email address.
Army lists must be submitted in either - .doc, .txt, xls or html/htm formats only. If you send an army builder based text file, please take the time to format it legibly, or else you will receive a penalty for an illegible list. You MUST name your file in the following manner: SURNAME_TEAM (e.g. SMITH_DWARF)
