i wish pro elf was 2nd, but i think dark elves can handle a lot more threads in various TR and situations.

high elves are just pro elves 1.0 version, they should be deprecated.

I oscillate as to whether I think Pro or High Elves are better. Out of all four, I think High Elves are the most fun to play because they aren't as runaway as Wood/Dark elves can be (especially early in a league) and actually developing a passing game is a nice change of pace, and I'm glad there's one team in BB that is built for it.

Personally I think DE are the most consistently good, but WE can become awesome if they remain on the pitch. I think DE are the most fun to play and with the right nurturing can win leagues. I've only ever seen the other two get battered, but I'm sure others have seen more successful teams.

I won my league with High Elves last season, TV ~1800. They're a slow starting side, but they have the tougher linemen of Dark Elves with ST3 Catchers. You can also throw down the middle because its highly unlikely you'll ever throw an INT. I took a lot of +MA which helped.

Dark Elves don't have the top end speed I'd like, but its really nice to have a lot of MA7. I've bashed the crap out of every pro elf team I've played, the AV7 line is awful. Hard to stop them scoring though!

av7 is not that bad, the lineman is very cheap and therefore expandable, but also a lot more efficient than a human lineman for only 10k more. you can easilly get 12-13 players. Lineelves are supposed to tie up the biger threads (nurgle beast, minotaur etc...) they surely won't stay long, but since the catchers are very fast they don't have to fight long. And when they die you don't loose that many value.

Pro Elves are my favourite. cheap elves with annoying blitzers and great catchers.
after that its dark elves as quite a good bash elf team.

That's the beauty of DE's, they have an all round game. Their blitzers can become some of the outstanding BB players as can their runners.

I think that pro elves getting slaughtered can be a bit of a frightening sight, but I still prefer them for passing over any other elf team, even the high elves. Nerves of steel is just really awesome.
