Does Streetbowl favor bash teams?

Especially with the +1 on each armor roll the increase to break armor on a 7 instead of 8 compared to 8 instead of 9 seems to favor bash.
Then again - the classic "Claw POMB" and stuff is hard to get as the required star player points for a new skill are dramatically increased.

Did someone ever do a tier rating for Streetbowl?

I'd be glad to hear some opinions.

I've played only one Streetbowl Tournament, but from that experience: Yes. AV has a much greater impact. However, it is not the only thing; speed is nearly as important, since you only have 6 turns. And you probably have no rerolls, so built-in skills also matter a lot. And raw Strength, since there's little room for Agile teams to maneuver around it.

Teams that do well: Orcs, Chaos Dwarfs, Lizardmen

Teams that do less well than in regular Bloodbowl: Skaven, Dwarves, Norse

Other teams I either don't know/remember (Elves), or did well due to the format of the Tournament (no extra skills, so Amazons were great) or are obvious (like Halflings).

I think it would favor the bash. Humans could probably do well in a tournament.

Nevertheless, I think Amazons are quite good at it.
Rerolls are REALLY expensive and most teams dont have a lot of skills, and, in some tournaments, dont get them. This favours Amazons. Ask Lucy .

I've been playing with Undead and High Elves a bit, and I do think Dark Elves should do quite well too.

Norse are really hurt by their AV7, they are an even bigger glass cannon in SB then normal I think.

if you want to "balance" streetbowl you probably have missed the entire point of the stupidity we intended in the first place!

Result from last year's Streetbowl Tourney in Amsterdam.

Top Teams:
Amazon, Lizardmen, Ogre, Chaos Dwarves, Undead.

They always seem to do pretty well in Street Bowl.
Dodge in your team is great help, with no rerolls (for 90%) any skill with reroll abilities is good.

Norse (no pun intended) seem to be pretty bad at it.

Well the boyz and me play with what we have available and that's the pavement and any bit of knowledge that lets me see another game is a good one. (if you don't get that many hits on the pitch you've better chances in the third half)
