I guess the only footnote to that would be to ensure a nice balance between being relaxed and making sure the tourney runs on time (people travelling will need to be setting off for home in reasonably time). A 4-gamer can easily run on til 8/9pm if you're not too careful, which could leave the likes of ourselves and others not getting home til 11pm. Just a thought.

Obviously it's up to you Oly how you schedule the event. Just thought those timings might keep the day running in good order. I'm sure it would all work out fine in any case. Don't see why a 6.45pm end would prevent people from going out for a social afterwards. The Geordies would have to leave straight away unfortunately.
