Is there any resource for Blood Bowl Pics of Miniatures, Fan Art and stuff that was produced by fans and is legal to use with an open license or something?

Nope - if it actually will see the light of day any form of sale is not planned, still prohibited to use copyrighted material though that's why I asked

...or similar. If you take the link from any image and paste that into your page then technically you're not reproducing the image as it shows on your page but is a link to the original source.

TBH if it's not-for-profit then it's highly unlikely anyone would try to stop you using their images anyway.

I'd be very careful about taking this advice. While there hasn't been any significant court rulings on this owing to point number 2 below, it's in the same realm as people thinking that posting a disclaimer on their website somehow rids them of legal liability. Using an external image link leads to three main issues:

1) In terms of the legality, while you may not be hosting an image yourself, you're causing it to be "published" in a way you did not get permission for. Likewise, you're misrepresenting ownership of materials you don't hold the copyrights to. You are reproducing the image in terms of presentation.. whether that image is on your server, theirs, or cached on someone's computer, its an image you do not own, being used in conjunction with your site.

2) If someone realizes that you're using their image in that way, you can expect them to at the very least enable referrer protection to stop you using their materials, and their bandwidth. It's a fast and easy way to prevent this sort of thing if it needs preventing.

3) People using advertising blocking software and such, likely won't see it. Their heuristics are usually based around display of images and frames from a different server.

Sure they would, if they notice you're doing it. Regardless of whether or not infringement is for profit or not, if you don't make a reasonable effort to protect your rights you tend to forfeit them - it's the main reason GW sends out C&Ds to pretty much everybody. On top of that, it just pisses people off when you use their stuff (without permission) for your own benefit, be it financial or otherwise.
