There are a maximum of 30 places available.
In order to reserve a place, please email muppetbowl@sadmuppets.org with the following information:
- Your name (and the names of anyone you wish to reserve tickets for)
- How you wish to pay. Paypal is preferred but you can pay for tickets on a club night. We will send you a paypal invoice if you are allocated a ticket.


Those of you that play 40K or WFB may know the Sad Muppets name, as they run the Small Matter of Honour 40K tournament weekend. This is their first foray into running a BB campaign.

This one will be non-NAF, but if a success, they're looking at making it a NAF tournament in the future.


I'd hoped to make it, but it's fallen at a really bad time for me to get off work.

Is there a disadvantage to be NAF ranked? I hear it occasionally that tournaments are non-NAF the first time round, is there a reason for this? Looks fun, might try and make it.

I did speak to them about it, but they were concerned about the type of players and problems they've had at tournaments that are ranked, based on their past experience with 40K and WFB. I said the BB crowd was different, but they want to err on the side of caution, but would look at getting it ranked in future.

I know the guy that runs the 40k tournaments there. I can have a chat with him and bully him into making it naf ranked.

Don't push it - I'd rather encourage them to have it ranked in future than turn the completely off now.

just thought it'd be worth mentioning that there is already a BB tournament being held on the 21st September in Grimsby.

Hi Oly,

There is nothing to stop that. If this tournament were close to Grimsby the NAF would not rank it even if the organisers were interested. But as Aldershot - Grimsby is well over 200 miles I don't think you'll be competing for attendance. Especially for one day events.

Im actually going to it now, my other half has a friend in Aldershot she hasn't seen in ages so have managed to wrangle it so I get to play
