Resurrection Gutter Runner

Post by Spyke »

Gidday all,

I'm lucky enough to have been at Resurrection last year and have one of these Gutter Runner figures that is of absolutely no use to me, but having said that I know how rare it is. Those of you whom have met me will know I'm not interested in collecting miniatures or even painting them - I just like playing the occasional game of BloodBowl. 4 tournaments a year in various European cities is about right.

When the new Elf team is released later this year, and if I'm interested in using them on the occasions my beloved Dark Elves let me down, I'd be prepared to swap the BBRes Gutter Runner for a painted team. If no-one's interested - fine, I'll simply buy the team when it's released, pay Giles to paint them and keep the BBRes Gutter Runner shut away in a box at the back of a cupboard gathering dust.

Regards,
Spyke.

Traveller,

Yeah I know. But you can't blame me for trying. I've bet myself up quite a few times over losing this figure but to be quite honest I don't actually remember seeing it since the Resurrection last year. I know where it was before I left the tournament as I just threw it in with the rest of my figures but after that I've no idea. Don't ever remember seeing it at home at all dammit. Hence yes I'm trying to get another LOL You can't blame me eh? After the disgusting dice rolls as the tournament I've replaced them, oh and hammers with gas torch do a bloody great job by the way. Nothing left of those pieces of evil!

But I'M thinking of trying Skaven for a while. I HATE Elves, particularly the Dark kind so no way am I going to the opposition! The ONLY GOOD ELF is a DEAD ELF!!!

Fortunately it was just the dice that were torn apart. Literally.

As for the figures. Well no. I may blow the cash but I'm not burning it. Wish I was that rich to be able to afford it but not being a lowly IT Contractor, well not these days anyway.

I haven't had time to take pictures of the figures yet. Am working on a Website using the odd picture from them so everybody knows who I am LOL And if you don't, well then I'm pretty hard to miss ain't I boys? But I wasn't the biggest ugly mother at Tournament. Not even close LOL But definitely loud and opinionated as I'm sure Marcus and a few of my 'Mates' will agree LOL

I'll get some pictures up soon though. At the moment the team is hidden under the couch in shame! We blame the dice though!

Flat hammered and torched...
Dave, if you see, what this,... this monster did to our carpet and our sofa... ! :pissed:

Our monster, ehm, hamster is allowed to run free in some part of our flat for a few hours, mostly night time before we go for sleep. After he breaks cross the barricades, we build to keep him in the "restriced" area, to often, we just let him run. And than he feed at our carpet and sofa. You dont believe, how much stuff he can keep in his mouth :o Than he starts climbing... up the curtain to the ceiling :o BTW... a ugly sound when he hit the ground after his try to fligh after this  Then he climbed the table and attack my minis while i was painting. :o You ever saw a hamster trying to steal your handy ? :o

Well, what was the topic of this post anyway ?

ah, yes,BigD, i´m waiting to see the best painted but most luckless lizzies of the world
