Hey guys, I just wanted to get a place started for players looking for a team and or roommates for the NATC in Las Vegas!
Please visit these threads and post there as they are kind of the central BB locations on the web.

We are making one small change to the NATC Ruleset. In the Basic Rules section we are adding the following clause:

For the seven skills added over 3 days, there is a limit of 3 for any single skill added over the three days. For example, on a dwarf team, Guard can only be added to three players on your roster, the other four skills will need to be something different.

Well... okay... If you insist.

Hey! You! That's right, I'm talking to YOU, brother! Do you remember the last time we thew down in Vegas, Roscoe? -I- sure do! I'll never forget that day. My Elves were forced to face your vertically challenged Blood-bowlers on the pitch. They said you had the game in the bag! That Dwarves were "too good." That I had no chance! Well, we both know what happened next, brother. My so-called "weak" elves were champions that day. They were NOT to be denied! That's right, faithful readers, my players fought the good fight and at the end of the day... at the END OF THE DAY... we got a tie game.

Expect more of the same this May, Geoff Roscoe! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The organizers said it might be a couple days before they post the standings, but the Teutonic Terrors (from Germany) took first place. I think the Thunderballers (from Canada) took second and the Mad Dawgs (USA) third? Not 100% sure. The 5 Canadian teams beat the 7 US teams for overall points, but it was a fairly close margin. Most Casualties went to Drunk Ass Gamers (USA) beating out my team by just 5 casualties. Wooden Spoon went to Shhh, we have a headache.

Everybody got something from the prize table in addition to the Rat Pack teams every participant received. They are pretty cool! Sincere thanks to the organizers for putting on a great weekend. We had a blast!

Here are the rankings:

As I expected, the Europeans came in and kicked our asses, with the Teutonic Terrors taking the champion plaques
The Thunderballlers Team from Vancouver took Most Prolific (TD), and DrunkAssGamers from the East Coast took Most Devastating (CAS)
Iron Mike's Team Shh, We Have a Hangover Got the Wooden Spoon
Mad Dawgs from the Midwest placed 2nd overall, Blame Canada was third.

Although there were no prizes for individuals, Marc Hohmann from Teutonic Terrors was best scoring individual, Cole Filipek from Orkland Dudes had the most touchdowns, and Brian Tew from Rocky Mountain Rampagers took most casualties.

Finally, the Canadians took the big cup with a final score of Canada 133, USA 124. I will finish getting the cup engraved and bring it to Spike! to hold until the next NATC.
