Khemri Team Build - Help for Tournament

Thinking of maybe taking Khemri to Tournament.

Team build is 1,100K, after the team is built we can buy skills for 120K (20K for normal, 30K for double skill). I have no idea on what skills to take. Its a resurrection tournament.

4- Tomb Guardians
2- Blitz-Ras
2- Thro-Ras
4- Skeletons
1 FF
3 RR

After playing Khemri in a league I would kinda like a 13 players, because some games you get your butt kicked, but not sure if I should bother since Tournament.

Really lost on what skills to take any help would be appreciated.

I took the same team this weekend, and went with Blodge thro-ra, Frenzy blitz-ra, tackle blitz-ra and then I could afford a couple of Guard TGs too, which you couldn't. Lots of people advocate MB, but I don't like it personally. Tourney could have gone better, but I don't think that was because of the skills (mostly the armour dice, which were shocking!). You could afford a Block TG as well, which would be nasty. The blodge is mostly to protect him from hits, but I used dodge in a couple of sticky situations too, making it a 75% chance of success. I had a Leader thro-ra too, but mostly was left with rerolls at the end of the half, so I think 3 is probably enough.

120k skills,

I am thinking 6 normal skills.

3x guard on tomb guardian
1x mighty blow on tomb guardian
1x guard on blitz ra
1x block on throw ra.

You could give up one throw ra and the FF for two skellies.

You only need one throw ra and protect him with some guard tomb guardians.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I should have have said only one skill person player max, and two of the same skill only twice. Sorry I assume everyone is reading my mind or going to the same tournament I am going too. LOL.

With that said how would that change your advice?

Wow, my thoughts was close, I was thinking.

2x TG with Mighty Blow
2x TG with Break Tackle
1x TRa with Block
1x TRa with Leader

Just don't know if I need another RR, or if I should go 12 players or 13, ugh!!!

I'd probably not bother with the Thro-Ra just to get leader. You are only saving 10k over a Skeleton and a team reroll, and using some of that valuable 120k for skills.

I'd probably change MagicTobe's list to take Tackle instead of Frenzy, but otherwise keep it the same. That though is a personal preference, I don't think there is much to choose between them.

If you dropped the TRa, would you take a Skeleton, then drop the 1 FF and get another Skeleton and run 13 players?

Have you considered Block on the TGs? Expensive, I know, but it would be fearsome.

Yes, FF generally isn't worth it. 4 TG, 2 BR, 1 TR, 6 Sk, 3 TRR + 120k for skills.

I am looking at taking Khemri (just got one) to Waterbowl.

4 TG's
2 Blitz Ras
1 Throw Ra
6 Skel
3 RRolls

With the split on additional skills, I thought Guard on 2 TG's, MB on 1 TG, Sure Hands on 1 BR, Dirty Player on a skel, and Hail Mary Pass on the TR to give me a back up plan.

Interested in comments - my biggest problem will be AG 1 and 2 as I've tended to use Dark Elves in the few events I've played over recent years.

Not sure if I will go with block on both throw ra or guard and frenzy on the blitz ra.

Dont you think the Frenzy on the BR could put you in some negative situations after the first block?
