Two questions Alex

What are the rules regarding picking your card?

For example I had a 50k card can I pick which deck I randomly draw from i.e. the one of the 13 dirty tricks cards.
Or
Do you mix all 52 50k card together, and draw one at random?

I am never sure which way it works.

And fouls do not count!!! what sort of tournment is this??
