Just as a warning to anyone getting the train to Chelmsford this weekend...

Due to engineering works, there are no direct trains to Chelmsford. If you're coming from London, you will have to get the train from Liverpool Street to Billericay and then take the Rail Replacement Bus service from there to Chelmsford.

From Norwich / Colchester way, you have to get the train to Witham and then take the Rail Replacement Bus from there.

Both journeys (according to www.thetrainline.com) will take approximately an hour, as opposed to the usual 30 mins.

While I'm at it, it can be difficult to find the venue the first time. This map will help as the postcode for the venue doesn't work (it's police premises and they have their post delivered a different way)
